In May I’ll be posting daily to the Compassionate Balance website with inspirational quotations, related insights, tips and suggestions. I invite you to join me in committing to meditate every day via the FREE 30 Day Meditation Challenge!
Let’s try this approach together: on May 1st read the inspirational quotation, and meditate for 1 minute, keeping that message in the back of your mind. On May 2nd read the quotation and meditate for 2 minutes, and so on, until on May 31st you’re meditating for 31 minutes. If you’re looking for a timer, I use and like Insight Timer. Or if you have your own preferred practice, use that, but let’s work together to meditate every day this month!
Be sure to Like the Compassionate Balance Meditation page to create easy access to each day’s hints and insights. It is easier to stick with something when you’re not on your own, so invite your friends to like the page as well and build community about creating the healthy habit of meditation.
