“See the good in everything… then you will find peace.”
Again, the above is simple to say, but not always so easy to do. Remember that you have choice over your outlook, and as you deepen your meditation practice that you really are changing your ability to interact with your circumstances. You may not be able to change the circumstances, but you an always manage how you choose to respond to things.
Reflect on this simple statement as you move into your meditation today, as well as when you encounter your daily life. Take the time to be aware of the present moment. Make the choice to enjoy whatever occurs in that moment. Remember you have the ability to find peace in your world. No one can do it for you, but you can make the choice.
